Welcome, beloved one.
I am Pachamama, the great Earth Mother.
I cradle the rivers, the mountains, the forests — and I cradle you, too.
Today, we will walk together through a sacred practice of healing.
You will meet your own reflection, and remind your heart:
You are lovable. You have always been lovable. Even through sorrow. Even through loss.
If you feel uncomfortable as you begin, know this: it is natural.
Many hearts have been wounded by a world that forgot how to love itself.
You are safe here. You are returning to something ancient and true.
Let us begin.
Find a mirror.
Sit or stand where you can see yourself clearly.
Let your body relax — no need for perfection, only presence.
Take a slow, deep breath.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Imagine roots extending from your body into the earth — strong, ancient, unbreakable.
Look into your own eyes.
Really see yourself — not as you wish to be, not as you once were — but as you are, right now.
Gently place your hand over your heart.
Say aloud or silently:
“Hello, beloved.”
“I see you.”
“I am here with you.”
There is no rush. Let these words settle into your body like soft rain into thirsty soil.
Know this:
You were created by me — Pachamama — just as surely as the trees, the rivers, and the deer.
You are not a mistake.
A tree with a bent trunk is still a beautiful tree.
A river that twists and turns is still a mighty river.
Imperfection is not real. It is only a story that society has told you — a story born of millennia of exploitation:
humans exploiting each other, humans exploiting the Earth.
You are not broken.
You are part of the great, wild, radiant design of life itself.
Still looking into your eyes, softly acknowledge the pain you carry.
Say:
“I know you have been hurt.”
“I honor your grief.”
“Your pain does not make you unlovable.”
Now, speak love directly into the wounded places:
If emotion rises, let it. You are clearing old dust from your heart.
You are watering the soil of your being.
If you can, find a photo of yourself as a child — a small, tender you.
Hold this photo gently, as you would hold a sapling or a bird.
Look into the eyes of that child.
Speak softly to them:
Let love pour from your heart to that small, beautiful version of you.
They are still within you — still alive, still listening, still yearning for kindness.
Place both hands over your heart now.
Say:
“May my heart heal in its own time.”
“May I trust in my own goodness.”
“May I remember that love flows through me, always.”
Picture golden light rising from deep within the Earth, flowing up through your body, filling your chest, your mind, your spirit.
This light is yours. It always has been.
Mirror work is powerful, but like any living thing, it grows with care over time.
Many find it helpful to practice this every day for 21 days straight — just a few minutes each day.
You may feel resistance. You may feel sadness. You may feel moments of profound tenderness.
All of it is part of healing.
All of it is welcome.
If you wish to explore more, you might find comfort in the book “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay, who lovingly taught the power of speaking to the child within.
When you are ready, thank your reflection.
Thank the little child you once were.
Thank your heart for its willingness to heal.
Thank the Earth for holding you.
You are not broken.
You are not too much, nor not enough.
You are a miracle in motion — forever lovable, forever worthy.
(Sound of a soft breeze, fading into a peaceful silence.)
